Winter has arrived and with it some beautiful mornings. The frost and cold bring about a new light. The strength annd colir is charicteristic of winter. I was privellegede enough tp be on on Glastonbury Tor for the sunrise of the winter solstice. I normally find it tricky with other people around unyet there I was with fifty plus people. The difffernce was that I really felt like everyone was there of the same reason. To feel the moment and enjoy the quiet of the sun slowly rising on such a beautiful morning. It was the first time in a long time where people wernt preoccupied by theor phones or chatting about their days. The people of Glastonbury we still and calm. The last place I had seen a collective scilence like that was masada in Israel many years ago.
