I thought it was time to post a painting in progress and over the past six months I have been asking people permission to have their photograph taken and the process has been surprisingly positive and rewarding. In the past I always chosen to be a passive observer. Street photography has been an obsession of mine for over 20 years. Capturing moments of introspective intimacy and observing the actions of others is a privilege that I will always cherish.
